Digital Safe Limited are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our dynamic and innovative team. Our company provides cutting–edge technology solutions and testing services to clients in both the public and private sector environments and we are looking for someone who can join the team and contribute to our efforts in keeping the digital space secured.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vulnerability assessments and penetration testing in accordance with industry best practices.
• Work with clients to understand their security needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Write pragmatic & actionable reports on findings and present results to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest security threats and trends, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge in the field (we can offer support in professional accreditations you may seek)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl
• Knowledge of networking protocols and operating systems
• Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, and Burp Suite
• Familiarity with web application security and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
• Understanding of cryptography and encryption methods
• Ability to document and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Demonstrable skills and expertise in the Cyber Security and Pen Testing
• Atleast one penetration testing related technical qualification and certification in ethical hacking
• Strong knowledge of web application security, network security, and common security vulnerabilities and exploits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Soft Skills

• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ethical mindset and respect for confidentiality

Certifications

Any cybersecurity certifications are preferred. 

Overall, a successful penetration tester should have a combination of technical skills, soft skills, and certification to excel in this role.
